These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the GOLDENKRISSSS studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Studio") website, appointment bookings, permanent makeup service provision, and the purchase of related products or training courses.

By booking an appointment or using this website, you fully accept these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Services are provided at the Studio address: Postjesweg 95HS, Amsterdam. 1.2. The Studio operates strictly by prior appointment. 1.3. Studio clients must be at least 18 years of age. Clients aged 16 to 18 are served exclusively with the written consent of a parent or official guardian.

2. Bookings, Deposits, and Cancellations

2.1. Booking Deposit: To confirm an appointment, a deposit must be paid (the exact amount is specified during booking). The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your treatment. 2.2. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

• Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 2.3. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15–20 minutes late may result in cancellation of the session or a shortened treatment time without deposit refund, to prevent delays for subsequent clients.

3. Medical Limitations and Client Responsibility

3.1. Clients are required to review the list of absolute and temporary contraindications for permanent makeup procedures and inform the artist of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or health factors prior to the session. 3.2. The Studio is not responsible for complications or unsatisfactory healing outcomes resulting from:

• Failure by the client to provide complete or accurate health information.
• Failure to follow the provided aftercare instructions.
• Concealing contraindications (e.g., pregnancy, active skin conditions, specific medication use).

4. Payment

4.1. Full payment is due immediately following the procedure at the Studio (cash or electronic payment methods). 4.2. All prices on the website are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The Studio reserves the right to adjust service pricing; confirmed bookings will retain their original price.

5. Results and Touch-Up Sessions

5.1. Permanent makeup is a two-step process. Final results, pigment tone stabilization, and evenness can only be evaluated after full skin recovery (28–30 days) and a scheduled touch-up session. 5.2. Touch-ups are separate procedures and are billed according to current Studio pricing, unless explicitly specified in special promotion terms. 5.3. Individual skin response, healing rate, and pigment retention vary based on physiological factors and cannot be guaranteed 100%.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All text, portfolio photos, graphic elements, logos, and design content on this website are the intellectual property of GOLDENKRISSSS. 6.2. Copying, distributing, or using website content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the Studio is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect immediately upon publication on the website.
